RJC Certified Company
RJC is the global membership and standards body for responsible jewellery throughout the entire supply chain – from mine to retail. Their ‘Code of Practice’ references key development frameworks, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, ILO Principles and UN Global Compact and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Samarth Diamond is a certified member of Responsible Jewelry Council. This indicates that we follow high standard concerning human rights, compliances, traceability, sourcing of our rough diamonds.
Renewable Energy
Samarth Diamond has its own Solar power plant of Capacity 1.5 MW . This fulfills 45% of Samarth Diamond electricity. Samarth Diamond has also its own Windmill. This helps another 40% of electricity consumption. So total Samarth Diamond gets 85% of its electricity from renewable source of energy.
We have started our work on calculating carbon footprint and soon we will be publishing reports every year for the same. We target to become carbon neutral by 2030.

Traceability
We believe in doing business ethically and understand that its out responsibility to follow compliances. Our in-house traceability software assures chain of custody of each single diamond.
Each diamond at Samarth goes through single diamond single parcel system which is traceable to its Kimberley Process Number (KP Number) and origin. It gives confidence to our clients in doing business with full traceability.
- We have been audited by world’s leading auditing companies for the traceability of diamonds in our factory.
- We have also audited for DeBeers Pipeline Integrity (PI).
