SAMVAD SETU – 1.2 Training | Strengthening Collaboration Between Production & HR
On 18th September 2025, Samarth Diamond successfully conducted the SAMVAD SETU-1.2 Training Program at Samarth House, Visnagar, uniting the Production Team and the HR Team under one powerful objective — to build a seamless bridge of communication, responsibility, and partnership.
The training was guided by the core philosophy of “I Am Responsible,” encouraging every individual to take ownership not just of their tasks, but of the overall progress of the organization.
