Jeevan Vidya Orientation Program at Samarth Diamond Based on Madhyasth Darshan
Samarth Diamond firmly believes that true and sustainable growth begins when right understanding, family values, and mindful living move together under the guiding philosophy of Madhyasth Darshan propounded by A. Nagraj. With this belief at its core, the organization continues to nurture not only professional excellence but also holistic human development.
For the past three years, Samarth Diamond has been consistently organizing a seven-day Jeevan Vidya Parichay Shibir twice every year, during Diwali and summer vacations. This ongoing initiative reflects the company’s long-term commitment to helping employees and their families move towards a healthier, more conscious, and value-driven way of life.
Continuing this journey of awareness, a Jeevan Vidya Orientation Program was conducted across Visnagar, Palanpur, and Satlasana between 8th and 14th October 2025. The orientation sessions were led by Shri Dineshbhai Prajapati, who presented the essence of Jeevan Vidya in a simple, relatable, and practical manner.
The objective of the orientation was to ensure that every employee could easily understand the purpose and depth of the Jeevan Vidya Adhyayan Shibir before participating. By connecting everyday life experiences with the principles of right understanding, coexistence, and responsibility, the sessions helped participants see how Jeevan Vidya can be applied naturally in family life, workplace relationships, and society at large.
This initiative once again strengthened the bond between understanding, responsibility, and collective well-being within the Samarth Diamond family. Rooted in Madhyasth Darshan, the program reinforced the belief that when individuals grow with clarity and awareness, organizations and society grow with harmony and balance.
