Having joined the company on 13th June 1989, he devoted more than 37 years to the growth and success of Samarth Diamond before being honoured during his retirement ceremony on 15th June 2026.

One of his most inspiring achievements was maintaining a perfect record of punctuality by never being late, even by a single minute, throughout his entire service. Even after reaching the official retirement age in 2018, Shri Ishwarbhai voluntarily continued serving Samarth Diamond for an additional eight years with the same passion and commitment.
