Promoting Safety Awareness and Emergency Preparedness for All
At Samarth Diamond, safety is more than a protocol—it is a commitment. On 16th July 2025, Samarth House became the stage for a vital Fire Safety Mock Drill, designed to strengthen workplace readiness and ensure every employee is prepared to respond effectively during emergencies.
The drill began with the sounding of the fire alarm, initiating a quick and coordinated evacuation. Employees followed the designated escape routes with discipline and assembled at the safe zone in record time. Safety officers closely monitored the process, evaluating response speed, adherence to protocols, and teamwork, while also providing valuable feedback for future improvements.
A key highlight of the session was the practical demonstration of fire extinguishers and hydrants. Employees gained hands-on experience in handling small fire situations, with trainers emphasizing the importance of staying calm, keeping exits clear, and assisting colleagues in need during evacuations.
The program also shed light on preventive safety measures such as safe handling of flammable materials, routine inspections of equipment, and prompt reporting of potential hazards. Trainers reinforced that preparedness is not just about reacting in the moment—it is about preventing risks before they arise.
Through interactive learning, the mock drill successfully covered crucial aspects including:
First Aid Basics
Fire Extinguisher Handling
Fire Hydrant Operation
Evacuation Drill Practice
By the end of the exercise, one message was clear: fire safety is not a one-time event but a continuous responsibility. The July 2025 Fire Safety Mock Drill enhanced awareness, encouraged teamwork, and empowered employees with the skills and confidence to act swiftly and responsibly in times of crisis.
At Samarth Diamond, we believe that safety comes first—because a secure workplace is the foundation for every success story we build together.
